How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Monday, November 19th to Wednesday, December 1st at midnight.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk or with the factory. Once the pop-up shop closes at midnight on December 1st, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order to the address of your choosing during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are scheduled to ship out the week of December 16th. You can expect your orders to deliver in December before Christmas.

What if my shirt doesn't fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These shirts are made to order so please check the sizing guide in the swag store before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email thefredshoworders@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your shirt has been packaged to be sent. If it has not been packaged, you may change your shirt size.
